When you contact Dealspot about a piece of furniture, we collect the details you give us so we can quote and build it. That happens whether you use the website form, ring the workshop or send an email.

• Details about the piece you want, including sizes, materials and photographs you send
• Payment and invoice records, kept for accounting and warranty purposes
• Website usage data such as pages viewed, collected through cookies

How we use your information

We use your details to prepare quotes and shop drawings, to order materials, to arrange delivery and to invoice you. We also keep project records so a warranty claim five years from now can be checked against the original specification.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

Project records, including drawings and invoices, are kept for seven years to cover warranty and tax requirements. Marketing enquiries that never become orders are deleted after two years. Our records sit on password-protected systems, and paper drawings are kept in locked filing cabinets at the workshop.
